As a woman in my mid-40's I know what it is to juggle all the things - motherhood, house, career, relationships, self. I've lived the joy of building a beautiful life and the heartache of realizing it was not serving me. I spent many years burning myself out, before I found a different way. A way that allowed me to enjoy the life I had built and honor myself.

Great question. While both coaching and therapy offer powerful support, they serve different purposes. Therapy often focuses on healing past wounds, diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, or working through trauma. Coaching is future-focused—it’s about helping you reconnect with yourself, clarify what you want, and take aligned, empowered steps forward. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and if deeper therapeutic support is needed, I’ll refer you to a licensed provider.

Whole and Home is a three-month journey focused on slowing down, replenishing, and reconnecting with yourself—ideal if you’re emerging from burnout or feeling stretched thin. Aligned & At Ease is a six-month container for deeper integration and expansion—perfect if you’re ready to move beyond survival mode and live with more alignment, intention, and authenticity.
What does a typical session look like?
Our time together is online over Zoom. Our sessions are one full hour in length, once a week. The content of sessions will vary depending on your needs and process. You can email me or text me if something comes up between sessions - this is a supported journey, not just a series of calls.
Life happens. I ask for 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling, and I’ll work with you to find a new time. The container is meant to support you—not stress you out.
Yes. I want this experience to feel accessible and sustainable. Payment plans are available for all coaching packages and can be discussed during your consultation call.
Can I keep working with you after my package ends?
Yes—many clients choose to continue or return for deeper work or support through new seasons of life. We’ll discuss your needs toward the end of your journey and design what feels most aligned for you.
