As a woman in my mid-40's I know what it is to juggle all the things - motherhood, house, career, relationships, self. I've lived the joy of building a beautiful life and the heartache of realizing it was not serving me. I spent years burning myself out, before I found a different way. A way that allowed me to enjoy the life I had built and honor myself.

Great question! While both coaching and therapy offer powerful support, they serve different purposes. Therapy often focuses on healing past wounds, diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, or working through trauma. Coaching is future-focused—it’s about helping you reconnect with yourself, clarify what you want, and take aligned, empowered steps forward. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and if deeper therapeutic support is needed, I’ll refer you to a licensed provider.

Whole & Held offers bi-weekly 1:1 coaching - with asynchronous support between sessions. This is the option I recommend for women on a budget or feeling confident doing this work with intermittent support.
Rooted & Rising offers weekly 1:1 coaching with voice/message support during dedicated hours between sessions. This is the option I recommend for women who need a protected time/space or ongoing support for this work.
What does a typical session look like?
Our time together is online over Zoom. Our initial session will be 60 minutes and regular sessions will be 45 minutes in length. Frequency of meetings will depend on coaching program selected. The content of sessions will vary depending on your needs and process.
Life happens. I ask for 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling, and I’ll work with you to find a new time. The container is meant to support you—not stress you out.

Can I keep working with you after my package ends?
Absolutely—clients can choose to continue or return for deeper work or support through new seasons of life. We’ll discuss your needs toward the end of your journey and design what feels most aligned for you.
