As a woman in my mid-40's I know what it is to juggle all the things - motherhood, house, career, relationships, self. I've lived the joy of building a beautiful life and the heartache of realizing it was not serving me. I spent many years burning myself out, before I found a different way. A way that allowed me to enjoy the life I had built and honor myself.

I don’t offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment — and I’m not a licensed healthcare provider. If you’re navigating a medical condition, it's important to work with the appropriate clinical professionals.
That said, many of my clients come to coaching with wellness goals in mind — whether that’s feeling more energized, making more nourishing choices, or creating more sustainable habits. Together, we explore the patterns, limiting beliefs, and inner blocks that might be getting in the way of what you know supports your well-being.

Great question! While both coaching and therapy offer powerful support, they serve different purposes. Therapy often focuses on healing past wounds, diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, or working through trauma. Coaching is future-focused—it’s about helping you reconnect with yourself, clarify what you want, and take aligned, empowered steps forward. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and if deeper therapeutic support is needed, I’ll refer you to a licensed provider.

Rooted & Rising offers weekly 1:1 coaching with voice/message support during dedicated hours between sessions. This is the option I recommend for women who need a protected time/space or ongoing support for this work.
What does a typical session look like?
Our time together is online over Zoom. Our initial session will be 60 minutes and regular sessions will be 45min in length. Frequency of meetings will depend on coaching program selected. The content of sessions will vary depending on your needs and process.
Life happens. I ask for 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling, and I’ll work with you to find a new time. The container is meant to support you—not stress you out.
Yes. I want this experience to feel accessible and sustainable. Payment plans are available for both coaching programs and can be discussed during your consultation call.
Can I keep working with you after my package ends?
Absolutely—many clients choose to continue or return for deeper work or support through new seasons of life. We’ll discuss your needs toward the end of your journey and design what feels most aligned for you.
