At The Deep Exhale, LLC, we care about providing a meaningful and supportive experience for you. Below is our fulfillment and refund policy for Services.

Service Fulfillment

Coaching and Breathwork Sessions

After purchasing a one-on-one session, package, or program, you will receive confirmation and instructions via email on how to schedule your sessions. Coaching and breathwork sessions are generally available Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. EST. Requests for times outside these hours may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Clients are responsible for scheduling their sessions upon program or package start date. If none of the available times work, please contact us to request accommodations.

Group Sessions and Circles

When you register for a small group session, circle, or similar offering, instructions and links will be provided after purchase. Sessions follow the same scheduling and rescheduling policies noted below.

Courses, Programs, and Digital Materials

Any program materials, including video recordings, workbooks, or other resources, will be delivered via email or through a secure platform.

Events and Retreats

Registration confirmation, event details, and necessary materials will be provided after purchase. Attendance policies and refunds may vary; see the specific event or retreat terms for details.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel one-on-one sessions or group sessions with at least 48 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session and are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you do not join a scheduled session within the first 10 minutes, the session will be considered forfeited. The Deep Exhale may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice, except in cases of illness or emergency.

Group sessions, including breathwork circles and similar offerings, are considered final sale. Due to the limited number of spaces and the nature of these experiences, cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling are not available once your spot is reserved. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to gift or transfer your spot to another person by contacting us in advance.

Payments

Payment in full is expected prior to the start of courses, programs, sessions, or events unless a payment plan or deposit is in place. Deposits, if required, will be credited toward the full payment. Installments will be charged automatically using the payment method you provide, with a reminder sent 7 days prior to each charge.

Refunds

Individual Sessions (Personal Realignment Clarity Calls and Breathwork sessions): Refunds are not provided once the session has occurred. Pre-session cancellations with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.

Packages and Containers: Refunds for unused sessions may be offered on a pro-rated basis at the discretion of The Deep Exhale.

Digital Products and Online Courses: All sales of digital products and online courses are final and non-refundable, due to the immediate access provided upon purchase.

Group Sessions and Events: All sales for group sessions, including breathwork circles and similar offerings, as well as virtual or in-person events, are final and non-refundable.

To request a refund or discuss your satisfaction with any service, please reach out to [email protected]. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.

We are deeply committed to supporting your journey and ensuring your satisfaction. If, at any point during a session, program, or event, you feel your needs are not being met, please let us know. We will work with you to address concerns and provide additional support where possible.
