What is Personal Realignment Coaching - and how is it different?

Personal Realignment Coaching is a structured, collaborative process that helps you bring your daily life into alignment with who you are now. Together, we clarify what matters most, identify what’s out of sync, and create practical next steps. Our work combines strategic coaching tools with nervous system awareness so change feels steady and sustainable.

This isn’t therapy or performance coaching. It’s focused support with clarity, structure, and accountability — so you can make aligned decisions and follow through.

What informs your approach and training?

I’m a Certified Health and Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches and a Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery Practitioner-in-Training at The School of Breathwork.

I hold master’s degrees in Social Work and Public Health from the University of Michigan and spent a decade working professionally in those fields, supporting individuals and communities in meaningful change.

My work is grounded in both formal training and lived experience — including navigating significant life transitions and a long-standing commitment to living with intention. I bring both structure and depth to the process.

How is Personal Realignment Coaching different from therapy?

Therapy often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, healing past wounds, or processing trauma.

Personal Realignment Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. We clarify what matters most, identify what’s out of alignment, and create practical next steps. While we may acknowledge the past, the work centers on where you are now and how you want to move forward.

I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If therapeutic support is needed, I’ll refer you to a licensed provider.

How is Personal Realignment Coaching different from Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery?

Personal Realignment Coaching is structured and strategic. We work through conversation, reflection, and concrete action steps to create sustainable change in your daily life.

Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery is a gentle body and breath practice. It works directly with the nervous system and stored patterns in the body, often creating emotional release and deeper insight.

Some clients choose one; others find they complement each other. Coaching builds clarity and direction. Breathwork supports release and regulation.

What kind of results do clients typically experience?

While no specific outcomes can be guaranteed, clients often experience greater clarity, stronger decision-making, and increased follow-through on what matters most.

Many report feeling more grounded and confident in their choices, more aware of patterns that were keeping them stuck, and better able to navigate stress without abandoning themselves.

The work is designed to create sustainable change — not quick fixes — so you can build a daily life that feels aligned and intentional.

This work may not be the right fit if you’re looking for quick fixes, someone to tell you what to do, or therapy. Coaching is a collaborative, structured process where meaningful change requires engagement from both sides.

What if I don’t know exactly what I want?

You don’t need to have a clear plan to begin.

In fact, many clients come in with a general sense that something feels off — but not yet a fully formed goal. Clarity is something we build together.
