I’m a Certified Health and Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches and a Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery Practitioner-in-Training at The School of Breathwork.
I hold master’s degrees in Social Work and Public Health from the University of Michigan and spent a decade working professionally in those fields, supporting individuals and communities in meaningful change.
My work is grounded in both formal training and lived experience — including navigating significant life transitions and a long-standing commitment to living with intention. I bring both structure and depth to the process.

Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery is a gentle body and breath practice. It works directly with the nervous system and stored patterns in the body, often creating emotional release and deeper insight.
Some clients choose one; others find they complement each other. Coaching builds clarity and direction. Breathwork supports release and regulation.
While no specific outcomes can be guaranteed, clients often experience greater clarity, stronger decision-making, and increased follow-through on what matters most.
Many report feeling more grounded and confident in their choices, more aware of patterns that were keeping them stuck, and better able to navigate stress without abandoning themselves.
