RBM is a gentle breath-body practice that supports your nervous system in unwinding held tension, shedding limiting beliefs, and increasing your baseline capacity for regulation over time.
Through slow, conscious connected breathing while lying down, the body receives a clear signal of safety — allowing suppressed emotions, thoughts, sensations, and insights to surface at a pace the body can handle and integrate.
This parasympathetic approach creates change at the level of the nervous system, opening the door to deeper self-awareness, emotional freedom, and transformation across physical, mental, emotional, and energetic layers.
Each session is guided by your own inner intelligence, with the practitioner holding a deeply supportive and attuned space, rather than directing the experience.

Sessions typically lasts about 2.5 hours. We begin with intention setting — a guided conversation to clarify what you’re ready to explore or shift.
From there, you’ll move into a 90-minute breathing cycle, practicing slow, conscious connected breathing while lying down comfortably.
We close with a debrief, allowing space to reflect, integrate, and anchor what emerged.
While individual sessions can be powerful, this work is designed as a process. A series of sessions is recommended to build trust, deepen safety, and establish a strong foundation for ongoing self-practice.

Each RBM session is unique and everyone's experience unfolds in it's own timing.
Through regular practice, many people experience:
+ Deeper connection to self
+ Greater emotional and nervous system regulation
+ Increased capacity to navigate stress
+ Clearer awareness of patterns and beliefs
+ Softening or release of limiting patterns
+ More intentional, aligned choices
This work is not about forcing change. It’s about creating the internal conditions to meet life with more clarity, presence, and capacity.
